Deputy Nursery Manager – Full Time – Immediate Start
Location: Coventry, CV6
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday
Qualification: Level 3 or above in Childcare
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding childcare
Ensure high standards in planning, safeguarding, and EYFS delivery
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
Step into the manager’s role when required
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare – essential
Experience in a senior practitioner or deputy role
Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
Leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A nurturing and professional approach
