Affinity Workforce Solutions are recruiting graduate Nursery practitioners to join our supply team in the Didcot and Abingdon area. This is a great time to join our team of agency workers as we are currently working alongside the Bright Horizons Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering educational activities and interact with children to encourage their development
Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are adhered to.
Collaborate with a committed team to provide the highest quality learning experience.
Follow nursery policies and procedures.
Be proactive and engaging!Requirements:
A recent graduate (ideally with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or something similar).
Someone who genuinely loves working with kids and wants to make a difference.
A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
Flexible, patient, and willing to learn.
Experience supporting children
