What you’ll be doing
*
Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
*
Inspiring, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver outstanding childcare
*
Building strong, lasting relationships with families and external partners
*
Maintaining excellent standards across safeguarding, compliance, and operational performance
*
Creating a positive, professional culture where every child and team member can flourish
What we’re looking for
*
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
*
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
*
Previous senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
*
A passion for leading by example, motivating teams, and delivering excellence in early years care
*
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or a willingness to obtain it within 2 years
