Nursery Manager - Oldham
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Are you a passionate, motivated, and experienced early years professional ready to lead a dedicated team? We are looking for a Nursery Manager to join our welcoming nursery in Oldham, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safety for all children.
About the Role
As the Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, overseeing staff, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards. You'll lead by example, inspiring your team to provide outstanding childcare and learning experiences in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare.
Ensure the nursery operates in line with Ofsted requirements and EYFS framework.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of staff.
Maintain accurate records, policies, and procedures.
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy targets.
Requirements
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred).
Proven experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted standards.
A genuine passion for early years education and child development.
