About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager, or somebody who is looking for thier next step up into a leadership role, to lead a friendly and welcoming nursery in the Blackpool. You’ll be responsible for making sure children receive high-quality care and education every day, while supporting and inspiring your team to be their best.

What You’ll Be Doing
*
Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery
*
Lead, mentor, and motivate your team
*
Build strong relationships with families and outside agencies
*
Make sure the nursery meets EYFS and Ofsted standards
*
Create a safe, fun, and inspiring place for children to learn and grow
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
*
Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
*
Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting
*
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths – or willingness to achieve this within two years
*
A positive, hands-on attitude and a genuine love for early years
