Nursery Manager

Salary: £48,000-£55,000 + bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days

We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join this Islington Nursery team.

3 Years + Nursery Manager experience required!

Key Responsibilities:

  * Lead a dedicated team

  * Offer training and ongoing support to staff, promoting professional development during team meetings.

  * Ensure effective communication with the management team to uphold high-quality standards.

  * Foster strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and local community partners.

  * Maintain accurate administrative records, including assessments and daily logs.

Ideal Candidate:

  * Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.

  * Level 3 childcare qualification

  * Strong initiative, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.

  * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  * A genuine passion for early childhood education with an innovative approach to learning.
