£33,000 per annum | Full-Time | Supernumerary Leadership Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a warm, child-focused nursery in Liverpool seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their established team.

Willow Nurseries is a welcoming and nurturing setting caring for children across three rooms and supported by a team of 15 dedicated staff.

The nursery prides itself on creating a positive environment where children thrive, families feel supported and staff are encouraged to develop professionally.

As the business continues to grow, there is genuine opportunity for the right person to progress into a wider leadership role in the future.

The Opportunity

As Nursery Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the nursery whilst being supported by experienced operational infrastructure already in place.

Unlike many management positions, you'll benefit from dedicated support with:

  * SEND provision through an onsite qualified SENDCo

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who combines high standards with a warm and supportive approach.

You'll ideally have:

  * Previous Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leadership experience

  * Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge

  * Experience leading and developing teams

  * Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to build, influence and lead.
