We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager to Join our thriving team in Wimbledon

Job role description for Nursery Manager
* Recruiting employees and providing ongoing training in best care practices
* Developing and maintaining the nursery budget
* Arranging marketing materials
* Monitoring the condition of the facility and equipment and organising maintenance, repairs and new items as required
* Updating parents and Carers about their child’s progress and behaviour
* Answering enquiries about enrolment, payments and practices
* Developing and implementing an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities
* Preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections and following inspector recommendations
As a Nursery Manager you will have:
* A level 3 or above childcare qualification
* A passion for children’s education and care, and a commitment to inclusivity
* Good oral and written communication skills
* An ability to safeguard and protect children
* A flexible and can-do attitude - no two days are ever the same!
* At least 2 years management experience
