Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant nursery group branch in Luton, Bedfordshire (LU2). This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery
Lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of early years professionals
Ensure compliance with all Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
Foster strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
Oversee curriculum planning in line with EYFS and drive continuous improvement
Manage staffing, budgets, and operational planning effectively
Requirements:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
Previous experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding procedures
Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for nurturing young children and leading successful teams
