Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery group branch in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9). This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven individual who is ready to take full leadership of a high-performing early years setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery
Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education
Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, including safeguarding and health & safety
Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, children, and the wider community
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning effectively
Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in all areas
Requirements:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
Strong working knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding policies
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for early years development and team success
