Nursery Manager - Full-Time - Dorking
Are you an experienced early years leader ready for your next step? Academics is proud to be working with a well-regarded nursery in Dorking seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager to lead their team to new heights.
👶 What you'll do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate early years educators
Oversee safeguarding, compliance, and the delivery of EYFS
Build strong relationships with families and the wider community
Drive a culture of care, curiosity, and excellence
🎓 What you'll need:
Level 3 or above in Childcare (Early Years Educator or equivalent)
Experience managing or deputising in a nursery setting
Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding standards
A confident, warm leadership style

🕒 Hours: Full-time, Permanent
