The Opportunity
Our client, a multi-award-winning, family-run nursery group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead their beautiful open-plan setting in Handforth. Recognised as Nursery Group of the Year 2024.

The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:

Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.

Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and all regulatory requirements.
*
Drive standards of excellence, creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
*
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational priorities effectively.
*
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
About You
You will be:
*
Minimum Level 3 qualified in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification.
*
Experienced in a senior leadership role within a nursery setting.
*
Knowledgeable in EYFS and safeguarding best practice.
*
Highly organised, motivated, and able to lead by example.
*
In possession of GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willing to achieve within two years.
