We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Manager with strong leadership and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in early years education, a solid understanding of Ofsted requirements, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and education.
Key Requirements for the Nursery Manager Role:
To excel in this role, we are seeking a Nursery Manager with the following:
* 2+ years of managerial experience within an early years or nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* A confident Nursery Manager who can inspire, support, and grow a brilliant team
Responsibilities of the Nursery Manager:
As the Nursery Manager, you’ll be the heart of the nursery, making sure everything runs smoothly and every child receives the best start in life. You will:
* Ensure high standards of teaching, care, and learning are consistently delivered across the nursery
* Lead, motivate, and support your team
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external agencies
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements
* Manage budgets, resources, and nursery administration effectively
* Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and energy to keep the nursery fun, safe, and inspiring
