Nursery Manager – Join Our Growing Team in Telford!
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our vibrant early years setting in Telford and ensure every child has the best possible start in life.

Salary: Competitive – dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the nursery. You will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children can thrive, and you will lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the nursery team to provide outstanding care and learning opportunities.
Ensure the setting meets all Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.
Manage nursery budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for early childhood development.
