We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Nursery Manager to lead our well-established early years setting in Lewisham. As our Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring that the highest standards of care, learning, and safety are consistently maintained. You will oversee a committed team, manage resources effectively, and build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community in Lewisham.
The successful Nursery Manager will demonstrate excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for children. Key requirements for the Nursery Manager role:
* A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).

* A thorough understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and child development.
