Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated nursery manager to lead our well-established setting in Kingsley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to take the next step in their career and make a real difference to children, families, and staff.

As nursery manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding. You will oversee the curriculum, manage budgets, support staff development, and maintain compliance with Ofsted and all relevant legislation. The successful candidate will also play a key role in building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
We are looking for a nursery manager who is qualified to Level 3 in Early Years (or higher), with proven leadership experience in a nursery or childcare environment. You must have a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
