Nursery Manager - Permanent Role (Milton Keynes)
Start with 3-week temp contract | £30,000 - £32,600 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours/week
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established setting in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional looking to lead and inspire a dedicated team in delivering high-quality early years education.
📅 Start Date:
Monday 13th October - Friday 31st October
(Initial 3-week temporary contract with view to permanent placement)
📌 Role Details:
Contract Type: Permanent (following successful 3-week temp)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Choose between:
Early shift: 7:30am start - early finish
Late shift: Later start - 6:30pm finish
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 - £32,600 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (or higher)
Ideally qualified EYFS Teacher or equivalent
Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills
