Are you an experienced Nursery Manager looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our well-established nursery in Lewisham is seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to lead our vibrant early years team and continue delivering outstanding childcare and education to local families.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 years. You will oversee staff management, curriculum planning, safeguarding, and compliance with Ofsted standards. The successful candidate will inspire excellence, support professional development, and maintain strong partnerships with parents and the wider community.
We are looking for a Nursery Manager who demonstrates exceptional leadership, organisation, and communication skills. You should have a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a genuine love for helping children reach their full potential. A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred) and proven management experience within an early years setting are essential.
