Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate and skilled Nursery Manager for our new nursery opening in Loughton. As a UNICEF rights respecting nursery committed to fostering personal, emotional and social growth, we’re seeking a professional who shares our vision to join our team.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a passionate, forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in Montessori education and a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted results. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the new preschool, building a strong team, creating a high-quality learning environment, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.

The nursery will be opening summer 2026 - you will be working from our Wanstead nurseries until opening.
Who We’re Looking For?
We are looking for a Level 6 and above :
* Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS Curriculum.
* Montessori Diploma or Certificate from an accredited training provider
* Experience in working amongst outstanding Ofsted
* A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
* Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
