Nursery Manager
Location: South Gloucestershre
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week
Contract: Temp to Perm

The Role:
Education People Ltd are working with a well-established nursery school who are seeking an organised and experienced Nursery Manager to join their team in an office-based role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong leadership and administrative skills who thrives in a busy nursery environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the nursery’s operations and compliance while supporting the nursery team and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations within the nursery
*
Manage staff rotas, attendance records and payroll information
*
Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
*
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training coordination
*
Liaise with parents and external agencies professionally and efficiently
*
Ensure all nursery policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
*
Contribute to audits, inspections and quality improvement plans
*
Provide support to the Nursery Director and leadership team as required
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or Office Manager role within an Early Years setting
*
Strong administrative and organisational skills
*
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
*
Knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted regulations
*
Confident with nursery software systems and Microsoft Office
*
Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above) preferred
