Are you an experienced Nursery Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in Barnet? We are seeking a caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our team and help deliver outstanding early years care and education.
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work closely with your fellow Nursery Nurses and the wider team to plan and implement engaging activities tailored to each child’s needs.
Key responsibilities of the Nursery Nurse role include:
Providing high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years
Planning and delivering stimulating, age-appropriate activities
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming nursery environment
Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with colleagues and parents
Supporting children’s emotional, social, and physical development
What we are looking for in our ideal Nursery Nurse:
Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse in a childcare setting
Excellent communication skills and a positive, compassionate attitude
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
Passion for early childhood development and care
