Nursery Nurse - Primary School in Harrow | Immediate Start
Are you a dedicated and nurturing early years practitioner looking to support young children at the very start of their educational journey?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Harrow is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact during one of the most important stages in a child's development.
Role Summary
Position: Nursery Nurse
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Harrow, North West London
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, long-term or permanent
Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (a degree in Early Childhood Education is desirable)Nursery Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observe and monitor children's progress, keeping clear and accurate records
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive early years provisionNursery Nurse Requirements:
A Level 3 childcare qualification (or higher)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
