Nursery Nurse – Level 3 (Minimum) Lewisham Primary School
Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse looking to make a real difference to children's early education?
Create Education is currently seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the a nursery within a lovely primary school in Sydenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a warm, supportive and child-centred school community, working within a welcoming nursery team committed to giving children the very best start to their educational journey.
About the Role
The nursery is a 26-place provision within is looking for a qualified and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join the team on a full-time, term-time-only basis.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the learning, development, wellbeing and care of children within the nursery. You will work closely with the wider Early Years team to create a safe, stimulating and engaging environment where children can learn through play, exploration and discovery.
This role would suit an experienced Nursery Nurse who is passionate about Early Years education and enjoys creating positive relationships with young children. You will be expected to contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging activities, support children's individual development and help create an environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive.
The Nursery
The school is committed to providing children with a positive and nurturing start to their education. The nursery offers children opportunities to learn through a wide range of play-based experiences, supporting their communication, personal, social and emotional development, physical development and early learning.
As a Nursery Nurse, you will work as part of a collaborative Early Years team, supporting children to become confident, independent and enthusiastic learners.
The school places a strong emphasis on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where children are encouraged to develop their individual interests, build friendships and develop the skills they need for a successful transition into school.
Working Hours & Contract

Position: Nursery Nurse – Level 3 (minimum)
Location: SE23, Lewisham
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Nursery: 26-30 pupils
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years qualification requiredSafeguarding
