Protocol Education is working with a beautiful private nursery in Dunmow that is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated practitioner to join their team. The Role
Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive nursery team.
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
A nurturing and child-centred approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
