Your new role
As an Early Years Educator, you'll be working with children aged 2-4, supporting both morning and afternoon sessions (24 children per session). You'll play a key role in preparing children for their transition to primary school, delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in a collaborative and supportive team.
What you'll need to succeed
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
A passion for early childhood development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
