About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners with CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications to join our team across a range of nurseries in Greenwich, Lewisham, Southwark, and Lambeth.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and well-being of children in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of childcare and education.
Safeguard the welfare of all children, following safeguarding and child protection policies.
Support the nursery team in day-to-day operations including mealtimes, nappy changing, and outdoor play.
Requirements
✅ CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
✅ Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
✅ Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
✅ A genuine passion for childcare, creativity, and supporting children's development.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Reliability, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
