Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Support   Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire  Start Date: ASAP Are you passionate about nurturing young children and helping them take their first steps in learning and development? We’re recruiting on behalf of a warm, inclusive nursery and pre-school that values play-based learning, emotional wellbeing, and strong relationships with families. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact in the lives of children aged 0–5.  Your Role: Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and structured activities Assist with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and transitions Promote emotional wellbeing, communication, and social development Work closely with parents, carers, and nursery staff to ensure consistent care Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young children (nursery, childcare, or similar settings) A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Childcare or Early Years) is desirable A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)  What You’ll Gain: Competitive daily rates: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience) Full-time or part-time hours available Access to CPD and Early Years training Friendly, ongoing support from our experienced consultants The chance to be part of a caring and committed nursery team  Contract: Flexible with potential for permanent placement  How to Apply: Click “Apply Now” or send your CV to .
