Role Description:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll create a warm, stimulating space for children aged 2-5 to grow, explore and develop their curiosity. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS, support children's personal and educational growth, and build strong, trusting relationships with families. Teamwork, creativity and a caring nature are at the heart of this role.

Key responsibilities:
Plan, deliver and evaluate activities following the EYFS framework
Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families
Observe and record each child's progress and development
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
About You:
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's early learning and development
Good organisational and communication skills
