Nursery Practitioner (Toddler Room)
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Salary: Negotiable (based on qualification, age and experience)
A large, well-established early years setting in Sidcup is seeking a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their toddler room team. This is a full-time position offering stability, training, career growth and the chance to work in a warm, values-led environment dedicated to high-quality early years care.
About the Setting
The nursery supports 170 children across 7 rooms, with a team of 43 staff members who work closely together. The Role
This role sits within the Toddler Room, working with children aged approximately 18 months to 3 years. You will help plan engaging activities, support children’s emotional and social development, encourage independence and maintain a safe, stimulating environment for learning and play.
The setting offers regular reviews, appraisals, wellbeing initiatives, mental health awareness support and enjoyable staff activities throughout the year.
Training & Progression
