Job Title: Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Kensington and Chelsea, West London
Start Date: 3rd September 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.15pm (35 hours per week)
Contract: Term-Time Only (33 weeks per year)
Salary: £14.00–£15.00 per hour (£16,170–£17,325 pro-rata, paid over 12 months)
Qualification Required: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our close-knit team this September.

Your Role Will Include:
Supporting children’s learning, development, and well-being through creative and stimulating play
Delivering the EYFS framework with skill and care
Building positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members
Creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning space where every child feels seen and supported
Observing, assessing, and documenting each child’s progress to inform future planning
Contributing to a values-led, child-centred team that takes pride in what they do
Acting as a key person, offering emotional security and consistency to children in your care
Who We’re Looking For:
A Qualified Nursery Practitioner with an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally in a key worker role
A calm, patient, and genuinely caring personality
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and early development milestones
Someone who’s eager to learn, grow, and be part of something special
