Tender Healthcare Consulting Ltd is proud to be working with a private day nursery in their search for a Nursery Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a warm and welcoming private nursery in the West Midlands, focused on child engagement through a therapeutic and play-based approach. The setting supports up to 70 children and provides stimulating, age-appropriate indoor and outdoor environments that encourage safe exploration and growth.
The nursery is ideally looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner on a long-term basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right individual. However, Level 2 qualified practitioners will also be considered. You’ll report directly to the Nursery Manager and may be asked to work across all age groups, supporting children from 6 weeks to 4 years. With recent growth in the setting, there are opportunities for career development as well.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

Level 3 qualification (preferred)

Level 2 qualification (required)

A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

A proactive and hands-on attitude

Flexibility and a team-player mindset
