SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Southwark that is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to thrive through play, creativity, and structured learning.
🧸 Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Providing a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3-5.
Assisting in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support each child's development.
Monitoring and recording children's progress and sharing observations with colleagues and parents.
Working collaboratively with the teaching team and supporting children with their personal care and well-being.
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (CACHE or equivalent)
A valid Enhanced Child DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through SANZA.
Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude with a passion for early childhood education.
