Job Description
Sile Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and nurturing preschool setting in the West Bromwich area. We are currently seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team on a part-time basis, with the potential for increased hours in the near future due to SEN funding applications in progress.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Essential)
Unqualified candidates will not be considered for this role
Recent experience working with children of preschool age
Up-to-date knowledge and confident implementation of the EYFS curriculum
Experience leading small groups and providing 1:1 support
Ability to cover PPA time every other Thursday (9am–1pm)
A team player who can work collaboratively as part of a larger early years team
Must hold a full 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate (Essential)What We Offer:
