Prospero Teaching is working closely with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Tiverton, Devon, who are seeking both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners to join their team. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time role, we want to hear from you!
👶 Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Assist with daily routines including meals, play, and personal care
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
✅ Requirements:
A genuine passion for working with young children
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential)
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is beneficial
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
