Long Term Futures are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive primary school in Claygate, KT10. This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated individual who holds a recognised Level 3 childcare qualification and is looking for a fulfilling long-term role with the potential to become permanent.

About the Role
This full-time position is a key part of the school's wrap-around care, with shifts running between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM. As a vital member of the nursery team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality daily care and supervision for young children.
Your main duties will include:
Assisting the Nursery Teacher with engaging and educational activities.
Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.
Supporting with daily routines such as mealtimes and personal care.
Communicating effectively with pupils, parents, and fellow staff.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., Diploma in Childcare and Education, Diploma for Early Years Educators).
Prior experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Patience, creativity, and strong communication skills.
A proactive and team-oriented approach.
Salary and Benefits
Daily Rate: £105 - £115 (depending on experience).
Contract: Long-term position with a view to becoming permanent.
Start Date: ASAP.
Consistent full-time work.
Dedicated support from a personal consultant.
Trial days to ensure the role is the right fit for you.
The school is conveniently located and easily accessible from areas like Esher, Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, Leatherhead, and Weybridge.
