About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children aged 0-5
Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework
Take on a Key Person role, supporting children's development and building strong relationships with families
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and educationThis Nursery Practitioner role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting children's early development. You'll be joining a team that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning.
The Successful Nursery Practitioner Will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Have experience working with children under 5 in a nursery or early years setting
Be confident in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
Be passionate about inclusive practice and child development
