Nursery Practitioners Wanted – Immediate Start | Birmingham
Full-time & Part-time Roles Available
Teaching Personnel is recruiting qualified Nursery Practioner to join welcoming and committed nursery teams across Birmingham. If you're passionate about early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children aged 0–5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Assist with personal care, feeding, and hygiene routines
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Observe and report on developmental progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner or TA qualification
Have experience in a nursery or early years setting (Room Leader experience is a plus)
Be caring, patient, and confident supporting young children’s development
Be comfortable with all aspects of personal care
Have strong teamwork and communication skills
Have Paediatric first aid qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
