Job Description

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in nurturing children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually. From playful learning activities to supportive partnerships with parents, you'll help shape the foundations of their future.
What You'll Do:
Support a vibrant, inclusive learning environment in line with EYFS principles
Be a key person for a group of children, tracking their development and next steps
Foster strong relationships with families and work closely with a dedicated team
Ensure high standards of health, safety, and safeguarding are upheld at all timesWhat We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (DfE-recognised)
Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive care
A team player with a nurturing nature and a passion for lifelong learning
