The successful Nursery Practitioner will:
Hold a minimum Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification
Have a genuine passion for working with children
Be a positive role model with a nurturing and enthusiastic approach
Demonstrate strong EYFS knowledge
Ideally have previous experience in a nursery setting (though not essential)
