Job Description
We're seeking two warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Room Leaders to join one of our well-established partner nurseries in Wellingborough. If you're committed to high-quality early years education and want to lead a room where children thrive, we want to hear from you!
About You:
You're confident in leading a team, have a deep understanding of child development, and believe in providing a fun, inclusive, and secure learning environment. You'll be someone who motivates others, builds strong parent partnerships, and supports children to meet their full potential.
Your Role Will Include:
Leading daily routines and planning in line with the EYFS
Supporting and developing your team to deliver high standards of care and education
Monitoring children's progress and maintaining accurate records
Acting as a key person and building strong bonds with children and families
Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety standards are met at all times
You'll Need:
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) - full and relevant
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership early years role
Sound knowledge of EYFS and child protection procedures
Confidence in leading a team and working collaboratively
Passion, reliability, and a nurturing approach
