Nursery Teacher – Primary School (Full-Time) – Hayes Location: Hayes, West London Start Date: September 2025 ⏰ Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only Agency: Teaching Personnel About the Role: Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and committed Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes from September 2025. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate Early Years specialist who thrives in a creative and child-centred environment. Whether you're an experienced EYFS teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS Framework. Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development. Support children’s personal, social, and emotional growth through play-based learning. Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning. Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs, and parents to support each child's development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent EYFS teaching qualification. Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting. A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.
