Academics Rochester is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Chatham, currently seeking a Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, ideal for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher who thrives in a creative and child-led environment.
The Role:
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
Creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
Monitoring and assessing children's progress, ensuring every child has the best start to their learning journey
Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents alike
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification
Has previous experience teaching in a nursery or Early Years setting
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Confident, creative, and passionate about early childhood development
