Job Description
Nursery Teacher (1 Day a Week) - Camden - September 2025 Start
Pertemps Education is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Camden to recruit a Nursery Teacher for one day a week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a supportive school community on a part-time basis. The role will be on a Monday, delivering high-quality teaching and learning to a well-behaved and enthusiastic nursery class.
Location: Camden
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Every Monday (Term-Time)
Salary: M1 - M6 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
Teach a Nursery class every Monday
Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum
Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment
Use assessment data effectively to personalise learning and support pupil progress
Work collaboratively with the Nursery team to ensure continuity and consistency
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Demonstrate strong planning, assessment, and behaviour management skills
Be organised, reflective, and committed to high-quality teaching
Be a team player who contributes positively to school life
