Early Years Practitioner - CACHE Level 3 - Full-Time - Hackney Primary School - September 2025 Start
Are you a qualified and passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to make a lasting impact in a nurturing primary school setting?
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school in Hackney from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the full academic year, working closely with the class teacher to support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Role:
Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing in the Early Years classroom
Planning and leading small group activities in line with the EYFS framework
Contributing to observations and assessments
Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment that supports every child's needs
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (essential)
Recent experience working in a UK Early Years or Nursery setting
A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early child development
Ability to work well in a team and build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
