You will: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care teams. Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical documentation. Conduct audits and maintain regulatory compliance. Lead by example, promoting a culture of kindness, professionalism, and accountability. Take responsibility for the operational management of the home in the absence of the Home Manager. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals to ensure consistent, person-centred care. What We're Looking For: NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid PIN. Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or in a senior clinical leadership role within a care home. Excellent understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures. Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
