Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care.
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC PIN.
Proven experience in elderly care.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
