Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to oversee a well-established and highly regarded nursing home in West London. The ideal candidate will be Nurse qualified with a valid Nursing PIN and possess strong clinical governance and CQC regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to ensure high standards of care and service are delivered to residents.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure excellent clinical governance.
- Manage the home's financial performance and operations efficiently.
- Foster a positive and professional environment for staff and residents.

Qualifications:
