Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London seeking an experienced learning spport assistant wishing to progress further as Nurture Group Leader.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in supporting children's learning and development, and a comittment to helping every child thrive in a nurturing and ambitious school community.
Key Responsibilities of this Nurture Group Leader:
Support KS1 pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in small nurture groups.
Created a calm, structured environment to build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.
Planned and delivered targeted activities to develop emotional literacy and social skills.
Worked closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement and review individual support plans.
Communicated regularly with parents and carers to ensure joined-up support.
Promoted positive behaviour and emotional regulation using consistent, nurturing strategies.
