Nurture Teacher (QTS Essential) – September Start
Location: Salford
Pay: Competitive hourly rate of £26 - £30 (PAYE)

Following a recent expansion, we are excited to offer the perfect opportunity to join—and help shape—a brand-new team of Nurture Teachers in Salford.
About the Role:
As a Nurture Teacher, you will deliver engaging, individualised teaching in local community settings such as libraries, community hubs, and occasionally in students’ homes. Your role will focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports pupils with additional needs—helping them build the confidence and skills required to successfully reintegrate into mainstream education.
This is a rewarding role for an educator who thrives on connection, flexibility, and impact.
Please note: Due to the nature of this role, applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Applications from those without QTS cannot be considered.
Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential – no exceptions.

Experience working with SEND, SEMH, or EBSA needs is highly desirable.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with pupils, families, and community professionals.

A flexible, proactive attitude toward working across varied community-based locations.
