Job Description

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Air Conditioning Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
Role Responsibilities:
  * Undertake the maintenance (PPM & Reactive) and repair of AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
  * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems
  * You may also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines
  * You would have knowledge of installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures and be expected to complete all work-related documentation in an accurate and timely manner, keeping logs on inspection reports and remedial works
Required Qualifications:
  * City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Air-Conditioning or Heating & Ventilation
  * Relevant qualifications in F-Gas & ODS regulations
  * Knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures
